Helpful Question Answer for OurMall Customers

You can order easily using our online platform. You will need to register and open an account with ourmall.eu.When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, and go through the ordering process.

During the ordering process you might add items to your cart from each shop. Once you finish from each shop you proceed to checkout from this shop and will show your total order with itemized amount per product and final amount per shop. You will have the option to checkout or shop from another shop. You follow the same procedure for each shop until you proceed with the checkout. At checkout you can see the cost of your order and delivery charge prior confirming your purchase.

After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can edit/change quantities or products or add additional items from other shops.

VAT is already charged in the prices. You need not to pay any additional amount for VAT

A. Delivery charges is completely free for all orders delivered at your chosen courier’s station

B. Delivery charges is €5euro for all orders decided to be delivered at your chosen address no matter how many shops are included in your order. (Your order might includes items from 6 different shop.Youstil pay ONLY €5 euro!)

C. Why for gift items /large/fragile items there are different terms for delivery options.

Gift orders are considered separate order because they are occasionaland the recipient address varies from yours and therefore they are accounted to a different delivery fee. Check for the fees before you order this type of category.

Similarly Large/fragile orders require more time for delivery and the charge of delivery is different. See specifications and explanation for each product you order under these categories.

Delivery time for items under the category of Gifts can be made within 24 hours. All Costs can be found prior you submit your order. (See section for gift items at Our Mall)forare dependent on your location and products on your order. Heavy and fragile products have higher shipping fee. Our online store shows the fee automatically on the checkout.

A. Once you receive your order and for some reason you want to return back your order/part of your order you can do sowithin 14 days of the day of order.

You will need to log on into your account and go to section Returns under the account menu. You will need to fill the information requested byReturn Material Authorisation (RMA) form and submit on line in order to get an email reply with a Return Material Authorisationcode.You need to print a copy of the codereceipt and place it together with the item you are returning. You need to visit a couriers station and give them the item you are returning as well as the details of the shop you are returning the items .You will return the item to the shop by using ourmall.eu account. See returns policy for details.

B. I have received a wrong product/wrong size why I should pay for the delivery return fee?

Once you fill the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) formyou will be asked reason for returning. In these options you have the wrong product/size option. You will need to explain the reason for returning. You will need to pay the 1.90 euro return delivery fee and once investigated with the shop you purchased the item, the amount of 1.90 euro will be refunded with the rest of the amount you used to purchase the item in your OURMALL account.

Once your proceed with your Order and you are notified by the shop that the items is out of stock you will be send an email and asked whether you want a refund in the way you proceeded with the payment or whether you want to receive the credit balance in a form of a voucher that you can use at any store at our mall.eu.

Similarly when you return an item back you will be asked whether you want a refund in the way you proceeded with the payment or whether you want to receive the credit balance in a form of a voucher that you can use at any store at our mall.eu.

1. You can use all the major credit cards/debit cards.

2. You can make a bank transfer.

3. You can pay by Revolut.

Sometimes when you order the item while is on stock it might not be until the shop owner receives your order and therefore might not be available on stock. In this case your order will be adjusted for the remaining items and price.

If your ordered items are all out of stock, then your whole order will be cancelled. If some items of your order are out of stock, then the rets of your order will be dispatchedwith the adjusted ne balance. The rest of the amount will be refunded to you.

We provide (2) two types of delivery Options:

1. Courier’s station:We have an agreement with a major courier and we can deliver your order atyour convenient courier’s station FOR FREE!You will receive ansms and email confirmation that your order is dispatched and arrived.

2. Home delivery:We deliver at your chosen address at a fee (See below delivery charges).

Simply when placing an order choose you need to state your preferred delivery address within a timeframe you will be available at that address. Your order will come and find you at your desired location.

Note: Please note that although you can place in (1) one single order, items from many shops that as you like, you will receive (1) one package for every single shop you order( For example if your order includes items from (3) three different shops you should expect to receive(3) three different packages. Therefore we advice you to receive all the number of notifications you are expecting to receive to avoid visiting the courier’s station more than one time.

My address is not in the deliverable zone

Generally, delivery of purchased items covers most places in Cyprus. For some suburbs and country side areas we do not deliver. When you place your order you will be notified If your picked up address is not in the delivery zone and you will be asked to give an alternative address for delivery.Alternatively if you live at an address that we do not deliver you can choose to have your order delivered at a nearby Courier’s station for FREE!

Gifts

For gifts you will need to write the chosen delivery address and details of the person you are buying the gifts. Giftscan only be delivered at a specified address you choose ONLY and not at Courier’s station!

Fragile/large items

For some items that are fragile/large in size (such as furniture and TVs) different delivery times and charges apply . Simply when you click an item to add on the basket it will notify you that is under the Fragile/large item and it will show you the delivery time and charges that apply.Fragile/large itemscan only be delivered at a specified address you choose ONLY and not at Courier’s station!

All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities. If you have placed your order and for some reason the product or sizes you have ordered are out of stock then you will be notified by an email. The rest of your orders will be proceeded ,your total purchased amount will automatically be adjusted and you will get a refund of your money for the specific order that has not proceeded.

You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

Allow maximum up to 3 working days for delivery. Please note that working days are considered Monday to Friday. (Items that will be ordered on Friday or during weekend will be delivered until next Tuesday).

Unfortunately once your order has been placed we can not cancel or make any amendments to the order – this includes sizing, delivery options and delivery address.

Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. It is important to register your name surname , email address, telephone and choice of delivery address

During the process of ordering each shop has a minimum amount that accepts for orders ( Please note the minimum amount per shop might be different). If you do not reach this amount then you will not be able to complete your order from the particular shop and the system will automatically notify you.

Once your proceed with an Order you might not cancel your order .However you might return your order/part of your order once you receive your order.

Go to this page https://www.ourmall.eu/and under the section account click “register”, then just fill in all the needed information. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.

Once you have placed an order, your account will show the total price you have paid as well as all the orders itemized per shop.This way you can rest assured that your order and amount is correct.

If your order for a specific shop has not been proceeded either because they did not have the item any longer that part of order it will appear as cancelled and the new amount will be automatically adjusted and the rest will be refunded into your ourmall account .You will receive an email confirmation with your total order.

Speeding up the process of choosing and feel safe. By ordering online you have instantly a full picture of what is available of all major shops and you will be able to compare and view your choices much faster. This could save days of your time otherwise you would need to go and search for the right item.

Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.

Reordering: you can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.

Unfortunately, the answer is No. Until the item is returned to the shop is very likely that the new size you require will not be available .Therefore If you have received size that does not fit you, you will need to return the product and proceed with a new order. What should I do if the paym

Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.

You can easily change your picking up courier location or your desired delivery home address location on your account. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need.
